Unfortunantely, my school is very diverse, with people of all different beliefs (Religious and lifestyle). I have a very good friend of the Hindu faith, and one of them made the obvious point (that I of course failed to see) that she’s vegetarian. I am VERY VERY far away from vegetarian– I hate veggies (I wish I liked them, and I’m always trying them, but I can’t seem to swallow them).

Do you have any suggestions for recipies that may work with both of us? Or do you have ideas for a meal with several smaller dishes (I do not know if she’s tolerant of other people eating animal products around her)? All suggestions are appreciated.

OMG thank you guys! I made something original salmon mixed with lemon juice, mayonnaise, and fresh cut dill pickle on Ritz crackers. It is so good! thanks everyone for the great ideas.
